Indian Army Bharti Priority: Priority to join Indian Army for relation recruitment rally bharti in Regiment/Centre under UHQ Quota priority for son of servicemen, priority for son of ex servicemen, priority for son of War Widow, Son of Widow, adopted son of widows/ex servicemen/servicemen, priority in Physical, priority in written exam for Soldier GD, soldier clerk, soldier SKT, Soldier Technical, Soldier NA and Soldier Tradesman categories, Priority 1 to 5 given during Indian Army Recruitment Rally Bharti, Priority in Paltan Bharti, Fauj bhrti Priority, Sainya Bharti Priority 1 to 5  are given below:-

• Battle casualty own regiment Priority I
• Disability Pensioner own regiment Priority II
• Serving & Retired own regiment Priority III
• Battle casualty other regiment Priority IV
• All other candidates Priority V as given below

Priority 1 (Own Regimental / Corps (Battle Casualty / Liberalized Family Pension) 

• One son of War Widow in receipt of liberalized family pension to include legally adopted son.

• Real brother of Battle Casualty who married the widow of the Battle Casualty. In case any candidate is below 21 years and marries widow of the Battle Casualty, sanction from Competent Authority is required to be obtained.

• One son in law of Battle Casualty having no son to include husband of legally adopted daughter.

• One real brother of an unmarried Battle Casualty

Priority 2 (Own Regimental / Corps (Disability Pensioner / Special Family Pensioners)

• If a serviceman dies in harness then one son or one legally adopted son or one real brother (if the serviceman is unmarried) is eligible if the widow / NOK is in receipt of special family pension.

• One son/one legally adopted son of Ex-Serviceman or one real brother (if the Ex-serviceman is unmarried) in receipt of Disability Pension more than 20%, and the disability is attributed to / aggravated due to Military Service.

Priority 3 (Own Regimental / Corps (Serving / Ex-Serviceman)

• One son of serviceman who dies in harness to include legally adopted son whose death is not attributed to military service.

• One son of serving / Ex-serviceman to include legally adopted son.

• One brother of serviceman / Ex-serviceman.

• One son / one legally adopted son of Ex-Serviceman or one real brother (if the Ex-serviceman is unmarried) in receipt of Disability Pension more than 20%, and the disability is attributed to/aggravated due to Military Service.

Priority 4 (Other Regimental / Corps (Battle Casualty)

• One son of war widow including legally adopted son

• Real brother of Battle Casualty who married the widow of the Battle Casualty. In case any candidate is below 21 years of age and married to the widow of the deceased then sanction of competent authority is required to be obtained.

• One son in law of Battle Casualty having no son to include husband of legally adopted daughter.

• One real brother of unmarried Battle Casualty.

Priority 5 (Own Regimental / Corps (Disability pensioner/Special Family Pensioners/ Serving / Ex-Serviceman)

• Serviceman who dies in harness, one son / one legally adopted son or one Real brother (if the serviceman is unmarried) where the widow / NOK is in receipt of Special Family Pension.

• One son/one legally adopted son of Ex-Serviceman or one real brother (if the Ex-serviceman is unmarried) in receipt of Disability Pension more than 20%, and the disability is attributed to/aggravated due to Military Service.

• One son of serviceman who died in harness to include legally adopted son whose death is not attributed to military service.

• One son of serving /Ex-serviceman to include legally adopted son.

• One real brother of serviceman/Ex-serviceman
